Item9387: Edit help appears twice in jQuery mode

When working on Item8571 I discovered that the twisty templates for jQuery were never loaded, so no-one had noticed that the help info appears twice - once behind the twisty, and once at the bottom of the topic!

Simply edit a topic on trunk in the default config to see the effect

Posting this against the engine, though it may equally be the plugin at fault.
