Item9975: Plugin module checker finds all duplicates, not just TWiki/Foswiki

The error states: " $plug found in both TWiki and Foswiki library path. Obsolete extensions should be removed."

The actual error is that the plugin was found in multiple paths in the libpath, not necessarily both TWiki and Foswiki.

Thie error should be clearer about the issue, and should also present the actual paths with the duplicates.
