It's not clear if full Konqueror support is indeed required. However, the following is now reported here, so the discussion and maybe resulting fixes can take place.

Please see attached picture reflecting behaviour on Konqueror 3.5.9 (KDE 3.5.10). The issue is relevant as long as javascript is active. If javascript is disabled configure will display everything on one page.

It appears that the configure Javascript is not compatible with konqueor. It's better with 4.5.5 than with 3.5.9 (Debian Lenny). But still not working. On 4.5.5 the main content "disappears" when clicking any of the horizontal tabs, such as in Extensions, or Security.

Setting to Fixed in 1.2. Javascript / Configure UI is simplified in 1.2, and Configure seems to work fine under Konqueor. Not sure if it's konqueor updates, or configuration changes.
