Both TML and WYSIWYG texts are not localized. So international users that open the help text are confronted with default English.

Bugs:
  • Edit Wiki Text: the help text with js on or off is different
  • In default skin it is even the WYSIWYG help text, because the topic pointed by EDITOR_HELP is called regardless if there is an editor.

Challenge:
  • WYSIWYG help is full of customized html, while it would be better to have 1 or 2 MAKETEXT strings. So that topic (TinyMCEQuickHelp) should be optimized.

Set to urgent because we should produce better quality than this.

I am sorry but I am not going to make this block a 1.1 release.
