Item87: Copy and refactor feature description from twiki.org to NextWiki (15min)

The texts of this feature list can be taken over from twiki.org to use as descriptions.
We need to go through this list. I would group them by benefit. So not: "Ref-by", but: "In one click find the pages linking to your page".
We should not stop here: we also need an extra layer (page) before this, to explain in bird view what the user benefits are. -- ArthurClemens

I'll try to organize the Feature description like Confluence do. Their feature description is clearer, simplier, better grouped an more user centered. -- AlexanderWeimer

(To Arthur: Imitation is the key mechanism in cultural evolution. Without imitation(=reproduction of information) and errors/modifications(=mutation) there is no improvement.
