A log-out link is missing on the right side? Where is it ?

At the top-right corner follow the Your account link and then Log Out wink

I'm using the nat-skin - and there is no log-out available... frown, sad smile

How do you log in? If you do so via apache login manager, then there is no way to log out other than closing the browser. If you use Foswiki's template login manager, you'll see a log out button at the top-right corner.
