Item8106: Since the changes to support BDB, DBCacheContrib is no longer a subclass of Map.

This violates the principle of least surprise. It also breaks FormQueryPlugin.

Add the interface methods of Map back into the DBCacheContrib class, facade the "real" cache, and all should be well.
