Search will fail (give 0 result) using some Chinese words but succeed using others.

Success: 楊宗翰, 資料庫
Fail: 盧成皆, 檢索, 免費, 字典

Re-edit the topic will break Chinese. I put the same Chinese words in my site.

You can copy the Chinese words following Success or Fail, and do a search at http://ebm.twbbs.org/bin/view

Foswiki 1.0 with the following settings.

$Foswiki::cfg{Site}{Locale} = 'zh_TW.UTF-8';
$Foswiki::cfg{UseLocale} = 1;
$Foswiki::cfg{Site}{CharSet} = 'UTF-8';

Confirming this as one of the many tasks that needs review once an I18N release is started.
