Item63: Add interwiki link to InterWikis (once we have a name)
Current State: Closed
Released In: 1.0.0
Target Release: patch
Applies To: Web Site
At the moment it is not possible to use InterWiki
links to NextWiki
. I think this is important for repranding to eliminate all the TWiki:Web/SomeTopic
Do we have a name or variable, that can be globaly replaced after the new name for NextWiki
is fix? We could already start doing the rebranding this way...
TWiki should of course always be available as a InterWiki

the problem with that, is that NextWiki
is not the project's name. we're looking for a real name now, and as soon as that is chosen, we can make an Interwiki link, and get started om the ReBrandingProject
I have added Foswiki, Foswikirev and Foswikitask to InterWikis
. Both in SVN and here on site.

why such strange casing? they are hard to read... why not FoswikiRev
: and FoswikiTask

There are often problems with using WikiWords
where you do not mean them to be WikiWords
. My experience is that for webnames and Interwiki names you are better off with either all UPPER or all lover or normal Titlecase.

Isn`t that ticket closed?
Foswiki, Foswikirev and Foswikitask to InterWikis
have been setted to Foswiki

It is Waiting for Release. The bugs marked like this will appear in the release note for 1.0.0.
The general rule is
- If a bug was injected and fixed after last release (TWiki 4.2.3) then we close it because a user has no use of knowing that we made a bug on SVN and fixed it again.
- If a bug was in 4.2.3 or it is a new feature since 4.2.3 then we set it to Waiting For Release.
So all the renaming bugs and this extension to the Interwiki list is - or will be - waiting for release - as they are all changes the user can see compared to TWiki 4.2.3.
