I just upgraded our TWiki from Cairo to 4.2.0. After the upgrade, I tried editing a page containing an external link. After saving this resulted in my IP-address being immediately blacklisted by BlackListPlugin, with the message:

"Wiki-spam detected: "http://" is a banned word"

No banned regular expressions were set, which apparently resulted in any external link being recognised as a banned expression. Setting a banned expression manually (I just copied one from the twiki.org site) fixed the problem, but this is probably not desired default behaviour. smile
