TinyMCEQuickHelp is English only. As this is mostly used by beginner users, it probably should be i18n-ed.

Speaking of which, we only have English translations of all the tmce ui (buttons, dialogues, etc).

TinyMCE seems to have its own internationalisation functionality implemented as JavaScript objects which we could also work on.

TMCE 4.5.3 supports the download of different language packs.

The quickhelp is now housed in NatEditPlugin, so passing this on from TinyMCEPlugin to that module.
