Item2567: Check for valid email address when changing email address

We check for valid email address during registration.

But not when the user is registered and wants to change it.

This check is not worth much because evil people can always put a phoney address but it is good UI to do it anyway.

If we wanted to make sure the email address is really the users we would need to confirm it like when you register. But this is going a bit over the top and still is not much worth given we have gmail and disposable email addresses etc.
