Item2450: Unable to subscribe to Web/SubWeb.*

subscribe_topic=Web/SubWeb.*

Expected:

• WebNotify contains the line
  • WikiGuest: *

Actual:

• WebNotify contains the line:
  • WikiGuest: Web

I don't understand how you were able to arrive at that point. subscribe_topic is meant to be a topic, not a web.topic. Can you describe?

I have this in my skin, to allow the user to subscribe to a whole web. It works for top-level webs only: %SUBSCRIBE{topic="%BASEWEB%.*"}%

I used this based on what the docs said:

Use topic="Main.*" to subscribe to the WebNotify for that web.
