I encountered the same problem as the user in Support.Question156 - when submitting to a topic other than the %BASETOPIC%, I want to give the save/edit scripts a redirectto parameter so users won't be taken away from the submitting topic on submit.

NB: Patch also fixes a JS error where the code fails to find an element '""' when there are no mandatory fields in the form.

To-do: Separate out JS code from Perl for SafeWikiPlugin compatibility (in a different task).

Problem

I'm having second thoughts about this actionparam_* business. It's ugly.

On one hand I still want to be able to pass arbitrary params to the save/edit scripts.

On the other hand, I think redirectto deserves its own dedicated attribute.

Solution

The actionparam_* stuff was a terrible idea. Reverted, added a dedicated redirectto instead.
