Fortunately very simple to address. Done in Release01x00 and trunk.

Fix is not made correctly.

When you get the CSRF warning and say OK in connection with uploading an attachment (for example because you use back to attach another file) the file is not uploaded and you get a warning that the file is empty

We probably lack carrying over the attached file through the CSRF dialog

Replaced the confirmation dialog with a "blocked" dialog.
