Item205: Replace all TWiki webnames to %SYSTEMWEB%

All topics that assume TWiki as the name of the System web blocks the rename from TWiki to System.

And it also prevents admins from changing the webname.

Watch out.

You cannot replace "TWiki." everywhere. In fact most TWiki. (with the dot) are often

• Part of URL
• Part of a javascript name space which is dealt with in another bug item
• Part of plain text
• Other horrorble places

So you have to carefully go step by step.

Be especially alert for the topic .txt files that contains inline javascript. A %SYSTEMWEB the wrong place and you break a plugin.

This change is done for all plugins as well as core and both in trunk and Release branch.

I am already on it and will checkin changes in more than one checkin.
