On trunk, renaming or deleting a topic generates a "Use of uninitialised value in substitution" warning in the apache log.

In Foswiki::UI::Rename::_newTopicOrAttachmentScreen, $toattachment is not defined when renaming or deleting a topic (because $attachment is not defined, either), and the renamedelete template contains %NEW_FILENAME%.
