Item1744: TOPICTITLE does not support plural WikiWords

Foswiki recognizes plural WikiWords as described in WikiWord#Hints.

When DBCachePlugin is installed, WikiWord links get replaced by the TOPICTITLE set in the linked topic, but not if the WikiWord is given in plural.

Example

• A link to WikiTopic with WikiTopic having 'Title of Topic' set as TOPICTITLE renders Title of Topic
• A link to WikiTopics will link to WikiTopic too, but ignores the set TOPICTITLE and renders WikiTopics
