In ManagingUsers#Customizing_registration_Emails, there is an example of the customized version of e.g. registernotify.myskin.tmpl, in which you can read:

    "Main.RegistrationNotification"

In the following text, you should create a topic Main.RegisterNotifyEmail, which is an other topic than Main.RegistrationNotification.
