Item1666: Colour is lost when applied to bold text

The problem described in Item1535 also applied to the WYSIWYG_COLOR class.

The effect is that if you select some bold text in TMCE and apply a colour, then the colour is lost when the topic is saved, or when the user presses the "wiki text" button. There is a similar problem with colour applied to text in a table cell.
