• make file extensions of views play together with desktop environments: raw -> .raw.txt; perl -> .pl
• rework resource parsers of different fileystems
• improve and simplify attachments filesystem
• fix a couple of memory/caching problems that appear when returning error replies
• new config params AllowRenameWeb, AllowRenameTopic, AllowRenameAttachment to constrain moving given resource within a filesystem
• new config param ResourceLinkFileName to name the virtual 00.open_location.html in the filesystem
• make views proper classes, simplify code, fix memory leaks
