Item14514: Document MailerContrib feature that macros are expanded in MailNotify topic prior to generating list of subscriptions

I just discovered that MailerContrib expands common System.Macros prior to processing the list of subscriptions. This opens the possibility of designing significantly more flexible and sophisticated notifications based on status of topics, time calculations, etc. It seems that this is worth adding to the documentation, with some examples. On the other hand, does anyone see reasons why we should not draw attention to this capability? Might it create problems - for example, add to the already processing-intensive nature of notification? If we do add this to the documentation, what kinds of caveats or limitations should be noted?
