Item14508: Add parameter to specify which field to display as link to topic

The one situation that most often forces me to use HTML5 method rather than the DATATABLE macro (thereby loosing the significant feature of ajax loading) is that I need to use a field other than TopicTitle to display for the link to the topic. It would be a nice enhancement to have a "Special column name" such as "Title" accompanied by a parameter called "title" to specify the field to display with a link to the topic.

Thinking a bit further (after looking a bit at the code), perhaps a even simpler approach would be to add a parameter called title which defaults to TopicTitle - but which allows selecting a different field to display when using the TopicTitle "special column name."
