Item14257: VarQUERY and Configure document {FormTypes} which is not implemented.

Seems to be another partially implemented idea from the 1.2 trunk.

Configure documents a DataForms setting {FormTypes} which does not appear to be used anywhere in the code except for configure checkers themselves. It's also documented in VarQUERY,

      List all the installed DataForm field types {FormTypes}: 
      %QUERY{"{FormTypes}[].types"}% 

But this does nothing.

This once was an initiative in Development/MacroToListInstalledFormFieldTypes and implemented in Item12177. Alas this never ended anywhere even though the feature request has been closed as completed. The current implementation is flawed anyway as it duplicates information part of the formfield implementations within the LocalSite.cfg. Therefore this feature will be rolled back.
