Item14137: EditRowPlugin breaks multi-span columns

With the EditRowPlugin, is it possible to add a row (also in bold) that spans across the table's columns?

I tested this out and confirmed that EditRowPlugin actually breaks multi-span columns everywhere in topic, even in tables where the %EDITTABLE{...}% is not applied. To test, add a table (or more than one table) to a topic such as the one below that contains the multi-span column format and save. The multi-span columns will display properly. Next, apply the %EDITTABLE{...}% macro to one of the tables and save again. None of the multi-span columns will be rendered properly. Click here to disable the macro and see the multi-span columns as they should appear.
