CasLoginContrib's LoginManager, Foswiki::LoginManager::CasLogin, does not forward its parameters to its superclass(es). This means that the default user determined by the engine is not respected by the login manager.

The main issue with this is that the command-line engine no longer defaults to the admin user which breaks a lot of utility scripts.
