I don't understand the report. Is this still the case on t.f.o? (When it works again, that is)

It is the case. For to be sure, put here a simple code which produces the bug:

%EDITTABLE{}%
| *column* | *column2* |
| other blablah | blohbloh |
| some accents יטא | blahblah |

• try to move row, and the טיא produces <?> unrecognized unicode characters.

This was fixed some time ago, under a higher priority task. if the problem still exists, please re-open with 'Urgent' priority.
