It doesn't have any settings other than the parent, and doesn't provide any info on how to find the topic meta settings.

Possible ideas:
  • Hide it for PatternSkin
  • Show a read-only dump of the topic settings in Meta with a pointer to the More topic actions page.

The settings tab will go away. In fact this will simplify NatSkin in a way.
