Item12757: Port Random Quote Plugin

How difficult would it be to port the Random Quote plugin? (http://twiki.org/cgi-bin/view/Plugins/RandomQuotePlugin)

I have a client that was using this but is migrating their site from TWiki to Foswiki.

Take a look at the FortunePlugin. I ported this a long time ago. It has similar features.

Unfortunately, the need to have (and run) strfile as well as the complication of defining a "database path" in configure makes FortunePlugin not a good choice for anyone but a *nix admin.
