Item12495: In form fields of type "select", space after a value and before the delimiting comma makes the value selectable and it saves but will reset on next edit.

To reproduce the bug:

• Edit the form or the topic
• set the "bogus filed" value to B
• Save. It worked.
• now re-edit, the value is reset to A

See that the difference between "Bogus field" and "Working field" in TestBugSpaceAfterSelectFieldValueInFormsForm is the space after B

Note: EDITTABLE does not have this bug.

Confirmed. Still fails on 1.1.9. Copied topics to trunk. Fails there as well.

See also Item14461. Marking this for 2.1.5. It would be nice to have it fixed as this is very confusing behavior when it happens.
