This is a particular problem for the unicode and store2 branches, where we have to trawl through the logs to see why the total number of tests is smaller than expected.

Also moved the expected failures closer to the bottom of the summary, so now the summary reads from least-important at the top, to the most important at the bottom (I personally read bottom-up, so I hope that suites most others too)
