Implements CancelButtonsShouldUseViewScript

Edit dialogs should never post to a save script if the action is cancel
  • Implement a option to release locks during view
  • Change the cancel button to a view url

See Item11798 for the workaround on 1.1.5.

Michael, Arthur, Since this is changing pattern and natedit templates, I'm marking this for your review. I suspect that this will possibly cause compatibility issues with Release1.1 if NatEdit or PatternSkin are installed there from trunk. Mainly it will leave topics locked because the release_lock url param is not implemented.

I've made a couple of css changes to make the link appear like the other buttons.

Indeed, but the trunk skin already has a couple of changes that diverts it from release branch.

I've added my concerns to CancelButtonsShouldUseViewScript
