Installation report hide

When installing Extensions and everything goes OK, would be nice got only *ONE* line report:

Installation of SomePlugin is OK.

That should be the twisty-line, so when I click on it, should unhide the installation report.

IMO, most of admins (lke me) doesn't need to know exactly what files are extracted... Simply, need to know the result (usually OK) and have a possibility check the report - but only when want..

Confirmed, and I'll slot this for 1.2, maybe it can get picked up. This is especially important when installing "big" extensions like FamFamFam, JQuery, anything with more than a trivial number of files.

If not a single line, at least hide the verbatim blocks and just report the 5 major steps as success/fail Backup, Dependencies, Pre, Install, and Post.

Fixed by eliminating the details unless debugging (Foswiki ASSERTS) are enabled in bin/LocalLib.cfg
