Item11709: THings that don't quite work if you install only foswiki/core

Don't know why I thought I'd do this, but I git cloned only foswiki/core, rand configure and got further than I expected.

so here's a list of things that need changing

1. configure assumes TopicUserMappingContrib is installed - it should detect and use Base if thats all thats there
2. strikeone can't be turned on if the js (JQuery or whatever) are not installed.
3. search, index topic all fail complaining about a missing icon template.
   • installing FamFamFam fixes it
4. search topics fail with 500 error the first time they are viewed if you turn on page cache - second time they 200
   • until you install FamFamFamContrib - then it works

and things that are a shame, but make sense

1. lots of ugly MACROS litter the docco - TWISTY POPUP are the most common
2. BUTTON on Sandbox
