Hm. you simplified EnableHierarchicalWebs right out of existence. So a new config is missing the parameter altogether and unit tests, or anything else that checks if HierarchicalWebs are enabled will fail.

A (much) smaller quibble: it's now possible to get hidden warnings; Eg. using ApacheLogin warns about {AuthScripts} "You've specified an alternative login manager..."

On EnableHierarchicalWebs; I took an executive decision that it isn't useful. Who the heck runs with hierarchical webs disabled? Granted I should have eliminated the option and set it to 1 by default; mea culpa, too much else going on frown

On hidden warnings; not good, I thought those warnings would show up (they should).
