Item11325: Issues with undocumented edit admin commands

The two undocumented admin commands used for spam handling have a couple of issues:

  • If an unrecognized command is entered, edit is allowed, but the TOPICINFO line is duplicated. Edit should throw an oops for anything except delRev and repRev
  • the repRev command duplicates the TOPICINFO line.

These can only be reached by an admin user, and are not documented, so not urgent.
