It appears that in ImageGalleryPlugin, the thumbtitles don't show.

If I say %IMAGEGALLERY{titles="on"}% then I don't get any titles underneath the thumbnails. Everything renders fine and the title field shows up when viewing the full size image. As far as I can see the thubtitles are only affected.

PaulHarvey has replicated the issue in his environment also.
