Item11015: Need better docs, and examples of %SUBSCRIBE format option.

The %SUBSCRIBE tag documentation doesn't give much usable information on how to lay out a useful Subscribe link. It needs some examples.

Also the topic needs further cleanup of T* references if it's going to be a core extension. It still uses the twiki* css classes.

It also uses [A-Z0-9] in it's regexes which are not I18N friendly.

1. Added an example, there's not much you can do really.
2. Removed all T* references.
3. The A-Z regexes are scanning email addresses.
