Item10920: SmartEditContrib broken in Firefox 5

Since upgrading to Firefox 5, SmartEditContrib seems to be partly broken. I can still edit topics but there are some issues:

• When editing a topic, I get reFFinclude is not a function on line 72 of wikismartEngine.js.
• The Style button doesn't work anymore (input.createTextRange is not a function on line 288).
• When pressing Enter on a bullet list, a new bullet is generated but the cursor jumps to the end of the text while the scroll bar jumps back to the top of the topic (showing the same error as above).
• Pressing Shift leads to the error described previously.
