Unable to edit sections - URL generated via pencil is View

Hi I;ve just installed the editchapter plugin and enabled it via configure. When i view a topic with headings marked using the usual TML i don't see the section edit icon even if i hover. The headings are not hyperlinked in any way. Have i misunderstood the purpose of the plugin or is it just not working? If it's not working, how would i debug this issue

I'm using Foswiki 1.1.4

update - I looked at the error log in foswiki working directory and it was complaining the JSON.pm was missing so i installed it. Now the pencil icon appears but the URL is only for View not edit. Unfortuntely the error log is no longer being written to so now I am not sure how to debug this further.

update 05 Jan 2012 - I read the notes in EditChapterPluginDevel and realised this plugin needs the Render plugin as well which i installed. It is now working but with the 'Warning! Confirmation required' bug that has already been posted

Please upgrade to the latest EditChapterPlugin - released today. Release:4.31 Version:14611 (2012-04-16) It resolves several issues with dependencies and javascript that were preventing it from working when installed on a base Foswiki using PatternSkin.

Note. 1.1.3 users! The newer versions of JQueryPlugin expose an error in Configure which will prevent the configuration from being saved. Tasks.Item11136. Install a new lib/Foswiki/Configure/Valuer.pm to resolve.
