Missing Submit/Save button

I have installed PersonalInfoAddOn, version 1.5 (25 Jan 2009)

To tested it, i have created a new user, and try to change/upload a new picture. As you can see there is no way to submit the changes (see image attached).

Of the very litle i know about TML, and templates, everything seems ok with the template used... i guess this would be the line where the buttons are added:

Any ideas of what's going on .... did I messed something up?

Somehow this question has escaped my attention. There is an update available. Please check if the bug still occurs with version 1.5.1.
