BugsContrib: There's no "Create New Item" link on the left bar

My Foswiki installation is at: http://intranet.contentbrother.com/bin/view/Buggy/WebHome

I'm not able to find the Create New Item link on the left sidebar. I'm also not sure if I've installed / implemented the BugsContrib application properly.

Can someone look into this, please?

I see the link on your site - the 2nd one in the LeftBar: "Create New Report"
