PublishPlugin: silently ignore non-existent topics
Under the features of PublishPlugin
, it lists "Unresolved links to non-existent topics are silently ignored."

If this is normal behaviour, is there any way to disable it? Or at least make them smaller or a different colour or something? Its fine in the wiki, but in the published version it's confusing and ugly.
