Non-english charsets garbled

When entering a description in an action, using a utf8 charset, this renders fine in Foswiki. When a reminder is sent by e-mail, if the charset is not english, the text is garbled (like when viewing a web page in a different code page).

Suggest you describe how you set up I18N.

The action tracker uses standard foswiki support for sending email, so this is likely to be a problem with core Foswiki, and not just the plugin.
