Set the parent topic

I can't figure out how to set the parent topic. In my template I use the follwoing code: %TOPICCRENEWNOP%OP%ATE{ template="ProduktDokumenteTemplate" topic="%TOPIC%Plane" parent="%TOPIC%" }%

When I create a new Topic from this template it automaticly creates the sub page using the ProduktDokumenteTemplate. But it sets the parent to WebHome instead of what ever the new Topic is. If I omit the "parent=%TOPIC%" the new page has the same parent as its tamplete (ProduktDokumenteTemplate) had.

What am I missing here?

Your not missing anything, its a bug frown, sad smile

It should default to using the new topic as the parent, and "parent=%TOPIC%" should also work.

I filed a task at Tasks.Item8480 and will release a new version today.

The new version (dated 08 Feb 2010 ) still does not set the parent correctly. The parent defaults to the topic that created the template page that contains the TOPICCREATE macro (the topic that creates the rest of the topics), and the "parent="..."" setting does not work. I tried it both ways, by setting it to a macro (URLPARAM and TOPIC) and setting it to a specific topic name.
