EditTablePlugin 4.23 has broken date selector?

I have found that in both the starters VM upgraded to 1.05, and the Raw 1.05 VM, with plugins updated to current versions that the date selector appears broken in EditTablePlugin.

Version 4.11 works fine in the sandbox on foswiki.org (and here)

However, version 4.23 on the 2 VM instances here does not show the .gif graphic to trigger the date selector.

The JSCalendarContrib functions normally on it's own in, JSCalendarContrib, and ActionTrackerPlugin
