ImagePlugin does not render html src=

Hi,

After installing ImagePlugin and the relevant dependencies (no errors, everything seems to have installed fine), my site has lost the ability to render images that are inside of HTML text. For instance, I can still see images via the
%ATTACHURL%/blah.png'

but the same image will not render when it's called out via
src='%ATTACHURL%/blah.png'

as part of a wiki page with embedded html.

Funny enough, when I preview the page before saving, the image displays fine. When I disable the ImagePlugin, the image displays fine. But after enabling the plugin, I get the error
Error: (3) can't find blah.png in WEB_Main

Any pointers on what I'm missing? I'm certain it's a Id10T error, but I'm stuck.

Thanks!

Try

%IMAGE{"blah.png"}%
