Howto import values from DataForms into ActionTrackerPlugin key who=

with FosWiki 1.1.9 importing a dataform value into an action tracker key worked on our site like this:

%ACTION{ who="Users.%Verantwortlich%" }%

of course, we have switched the syntax to the correct variable formfield, i.e. including the value in the topic works fine, e.g.

%FORMFIELD{"Verantwortlich"}%

now, we have been unable to import the value for the dataform key Verantwortlich into the action item, in addition to this:

%ACTION%{who="%FORMFIELD{"Verantwortlich"}%"}%

we tried all sorts of versions with <nop>, $nop, \", format="$value", $percent but nothing seemed to make it work again in foswiki 2.1.0
