This question about Using an extension: Answered

GETTOPICLIST do not produce any list of topics

Dear Foswiki,

I wish to prepare list of topics without 'special' (included by Foswiki itself) topics (like 'WebChanges')

so following:

do not resolve my problem.

Ideally I wish to show any label (short description?)

Then I found topiclist plugin. Unfortunately, even:

%GETTOPICLIST{searchwebs="*"}%

do not produce any topic list.

Could you help me on this? Plugin is enabled and I don't see any issues in 'Extensions' tab in foswiki/bin/configure

I've fixed your code above. Does it solve your problem as well?

Could you tell me what you've corrected, please?

-- RomanAndrzej - 30 Sep 2014

Your code was

<span style="line-height: 1.5em; background-color: initial;">%TOPICLIST{" * [[%BASEWEB%.$name][$name]]"}%</span>

This is probably due to your editing in wysiwyg mode. The second error is that you need to add three spaces infront of the bullet, not two.

Thank you - it work for TopicList, but if I wish to use any pattern to filter list of webs, I need to use GETTOPICLIST macro. Unfortunately, GETTOPICLIST doesn't work at all (no results, even if try to search over all webs).
