natskin not showing

I installed NatSkin and all dependies. However when I go to my home page it doesnt show it at all. When I add NatSkin?skin=nat to the url I can see the skin but it doesnt come through on my regular pages.

Have you set your skin to nat in SitePreferences? e.g 
   * Set SKIN = nat
